  1. What are the differences between the trial and purchased one?
    All trial versions of our SDKs provide almost full functionality as purchased ones for your comprehensive evaluation. You may click on the site menu > choose Product > See this page section "Things You Should Know" for more details. All trials are used for evaluation purpose only. Otherwise, a product license is requested for commercial usage.
  2. What purchase methods are available?
    Our online order channel is powered by FastSpring. FastSpring currently accepts credit cards, PayPal, Amazon Payments, Bank Wire Transfers, Check or Money Order, Purchase Orders, and certain Real Time Bank Transfers. If you would like to use other methods, please send email to us.
  3. How can i get the product after purchase?
    When your order is approved by FastSpring, notifications and fulfillment actions get triggered. You will receive emails within several minutes, which provide the download link for purchased product and order details.
  4. Is it requires to charge VAT Tax?
    EU laws require FastSpring to charge VAT Tax on purchases of electronically delivered products for buyers based in the European Union. But, you can input your VALID VAT ID at the time of purchase if you don't want the VAT be charged.
  5. How can i get the refund?
    Please send us your request via email. Refund request can only be accepted within 30 days from the purchase date. We will process the refund and return money to your purchase account within 7 workdays once it be confirmed. Additionally, a 3.5% refund fee of the order total will be collected by FastSpring.
  6. Can i still use the product without subscription/renewal?
    Yes. You can use the purchased version of product for a life-time. But you will not get new features or fixes after the One Year Free Software Upgrade. If you have a problem that requires a hot fix but do not have a current version subscription, you will have to renew before you can benefit from the fix. You can renew your subscription at any time by sending email to us.
